Does the app modify my theme?

No. OrderFlow uses Shopify's App Proxy to serve the quick order page directly on your storefront domain. Your theme files are never touched. No Liquid edits, no code injections.

How long does setup take?

About five minutes. Install the app, sync your products (automatic), enable the order page, and add the link to your store navigation. The setup guide walks you through each step.

Can my customers upload CSV files?

Yes. Buyers can drag and drop CSV or Excel files directly onto the order page. Columns are auto-mapped, SKUs are resolved against your catalog, and any errors are clearly flagged.

Does it work without Shopify Plus?

Yes. All core ordering features work on any Shopify plan. The Standard plan ($9.99/mo) includes B2B market-based catalog pricing — if you have Shopify Markets with catalog price lists configured, buyers see adjusted prices automatically. The Plus plan ($19.99/mo) adds company-based B2B: company detection, payment terms, and draft order approval workflows.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

All your data (orders, settings, cached products) is deleted within 48 hours of uninstalling. We follow Shopify's GDPR requirements for data redaction.

Can I customize the look of the order page?

Yes. The Branding page lets you choose from six presets or customize eight color tokens, font family, and border radius. You can also add custom CSS for full control.
